Less than 15 years before the rise of the God of the First Sequence Venerable Yuan, the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall conducted a disciple recruitment through various Saint Relic Domains across various continents. From the Cangmang Continent, the Hall's Divine Palace Realm recruiter acquired a talented genius first-grade disciple: Ning Zhan.
Black Flame Province Incident[]
A Chosen and several elite disciples of the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall were dispatched to the Black Flame Province to secure some fire attribute resources from the Grade-6 Genesis vein. This mission group alongside the Hundred Flowers Fairy Palace observed the miracle conflict between the Blue Profound Sect and the Saint Palace. The final remark by all was the genius generation from Cangmang Continent.

After Zhou Yuan's leave with 2 Lotus Saint Cang Yuan, Gu Jing had the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall begin their rapid and chaotic missions to obtain the Blue Profound Saint Stamp shards around the Heaven. With the Blue Profound Sect, Hundred Flowers Fairy Palace, Sword Seeker Sect and Heavenly Ghost Sect, the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall allied to oppose the Saint Palace.
War of All Heavens[]
Less than half a year before the "War of All Heavens" on Guyuan Heaven, a reporting Saint Race 1 Lotus Saint visited Blue Profound Heaven and announced the start of this period's "War of All Heavens". This announcement temporarily ceased the chaotic hunt for the Stamp's shards and caused all top 6 Great Sacred Sects of Shengzhou Continent to start improving their Chosen with numerous rare resources to be at least Heavenly Sun Realm. One participant was the Hall's young Chosen, Ning Zhan. The War lasted for 3 months.
After the Blue Profound Heaven team's return, the cultivation of Ning Zhan and the remaining disciples of the Hall astonished many (Advanced Heavenly Sun stage/Elementary Nascent Origin stage). These disciples reported what happened in the "War of All Heavens", mainly revealing about Zhou Yuan, the Saint Race and Blue Profound Heaven's 2 Ancestral Qi main veins. The disciples also revealed the Saint Palace's early betrayal, cementing the Hall's non-neutrality against it. The North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall assist slightly to protect the Great Zhou Empire and Cangmang Continent as thanks to Zhou Yuan for providing the Hall many benefits and protecting the live of its disciples. The War also allowed the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall attain wider contacts with the other 4 Heavens.
A few years later, the highly rare Ancestral Dragon Pill became a hot topic among the Nascent Origin Realm and Law Domain Realm experts of the Hall and across Blue Profound Heaven. With all its efforts, the Hall managed to only attain 1 pill per Perfection Nascent Origin+ once.
Blue Profound Alliance[]
About 5~6 years after the "War of All Heavens", the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall had repeated conflicts with the Saint Palace. This escalated with the Saint Palace's single destruction of the Heavenly Ghost Sect and single-handedly pressuring the other 4 Great Sacred Sects, mainly through its bloodthirsty Saint Demon Army of Nascent Origin or Law Domain yuan masters.
After the return of Law Domain expert Zhou Yuan, the Sect Master Gu Jing was easily defeated by the youngster and the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall was the second top force to join the temporary Blue Profound Alliance after the Blue Profound Sect. The North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall willingly exchanged all its collected Blue Profound Saint Stamp shards for a Ancestral Dragon Pill each, allowing a rapid growth of Perfection Nascent Origin, Quasi Law Domain and Law Domain experts in the North Sea Garrison Dragon Hall's ranks.
