The Heaven Abyss Territory was the weakest amongst the great 9 Territories in the Primordial Heaven. This is because internal conflict and threat from the outside has risen ever since Lord Cang Yuan had disappeared.
The hierarchy in the Heaven Abyss Territory is as follows: Lord Cang Yuan, Founding Members Court, group of elders, 800 prefectures of Tianyuan Region. The Founding Members Court currently has five seats and its members are the Heavenly Spirit Sect, the Profound Crystal Clan, the White Clan, and the Wood Clan.
There are currently 800 prefecture in the Heaven Abyss Territory. Each prefecture has its own prefecture lord who controls their prefecture and reports to those higher up the hierarchy.
