God Roaming Realm is the 4th realm of the Divine Soul cultivation. The soul sense and soul power would increase and you would be able to suppress Genesis Qi.
The Soul would also be able to separate the soul from their body and create a Divine Soul clone with some of the main bodies fighting power. Along with being able to suppress Genesis Qi you would also be able to create a safe zone within a Law Domain. You would be able to write 9th grade Genesis Runes.
